Refund & Return Policy

We put a lot of care into creating each piece just for you 💛 Here’s everything you need to know about our process and policies:

  • Made Just for You
    Each dress is customized based on your selections. It usually takes 1–5 working days for stitching. Once it passes our quality check, it is carefully dispatched from our workshop in India.

     

  • Received a Damaged Item?
    We’re really sorry if that happens. Please email us at sales@maximcreation.com with an image of the issue, and our team will promptly assist you to resolve it.

     

  • Sale Items
    Products purchased during sales or with discounts are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations.

     

  • Order Cancellations (Customized Orders)
    Since each piece is made specially for you, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

     

  • Sharing Customization Details
    To ensure everything is just right, please include all customization details in the ‘notes to seller’ section at checkout or email them to us with your order number at sales@maximcreation.com.
    (Kindly note: WhatsApp chats are only for queries—official customization details must be shared via checkout notes or email.)

     

  • Shipping & Duties
    Return shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.
    Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover services already completed.
    Any customs duties or local taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.
    If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, return shipping costs will also apply.

  • Sizing & Measurements
    As all garments are made to your specifications, we request you to double-check your measurements.
    Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for incorrect size details provided at the time of order.

     

  • If Something Isn’t as Described
    If your item doesn’t match the product details, we’ll absolutely make it right.
    Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with images, and once approved, we’ll offer a full refund or exchange.

     

  • Color Variations
    Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings and photography—this is completely normal.

Please include images if there’s an issue with the product.

Our team will get back to you within 24 hours and work to resolve things as quickly as possible.

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
